In particular, John Floyd and Ole South Properties recognized a need in their marketplace and turned to Coach Burt for guidance. The results are simple--Coach Burt and Ole South Properties hit their "dream" number this month of 35 homes sold. Ole South was consistently selling 23 to 24 homes a month, but through Coach Burt's innovative system Ole South was able to attain their "dream".

Leadership Expert and Author will Attend BBB Luncheon

Known as "The Maximum Motivator" with a style that many consider a cross between Zig Ziglar and Stephen Covey, Coach Micheal Burt has spoken to and worked with over 120,000 people from all walks of life in multiple disciplines. His work focuses on taking his unique skill set as a former championship coach at Riverdale High School, mixed with his success in building companies and teaching others how to produce differentiated results in the market. On Tuesday October 27^th, Coach Burt will be outlining his seven components of a World Class Organization at the Better Business Bureau Luncheon in Clarksville, Tenn., at the Hilton Garden Inn.

The author of four books, the most recent The Anatomy of Winning-How to Rewire people to Win with Coach Rick Insell, Micheal serves as the Chief Leadership Officer for multiple companies as well as his own Maximum Success, a leadership consulting firm. Micheal's third book, This Ain't No Practice Life has been a major hit across the country inspiring people to dream big and act on their thoughts.

Coach Micheal Burt's RockStar Management System (www.rockstartmanagementlive.com), co-created with the help of Dr. Colby Jubenville, and has successfully driven new accounts at the 2.2 billion dollar FirstBank in Tennessee. RockStar will now be utilized in Rajun Cajun country in Baton Rouge, La.

Coach Burt will make the trip to Baton Rouge in November to motivate, inspire, and train over 60 State Farm agents with his recruitment, retention, and sales system being used with FirstBank, Ole South Properties, and many more. Burt believes everybody wants to be the RockStar in their industry, the top performer, the one that people look at and say, "That's the best."

Burt Headlines Non-Profit Event at The Dixies

While spending time in the mountains in the fall of 2008 Leadership expert and former championship coach Micheal Burt listened to his conscience. It was telling him that he needed to create an event that would draw awareness and money for causes he believed in while simultaneously inspiring and motivating the people who participated in the process. That particular night he rented the movie "The BucketList" with Morgan Freeman and Jack Nicholson where two men were diagnosed with chronic illnesses with only a short time to live. They both create their "must do" items in life and set about on a journey to truly begin living.

While watching the movie Burt created the concept for The Small Towns and Big Dreams Tour where he would go into cities and put on a major production that included a VIP reception, a first class dinner, and musical entertainment while partnering with people who had produced significant success in their lifetime. On Thursday, October 15^th Burt and Title Sponsor FirstBank is bringing the tour to The Dixie Carter Theater in Huntington, Tenn.

Keynote Speaker at Paris-Henry County Chamber of Commerce

Leadership expert Micheal Burt, Chief Leadership Officer and owner of Maximum Success, will be the keynote speaker at the Paris-Henry County Chamber of Commerce's annual membership banquet at 7 p.m. on Thursday, September 29. The banquet will take place at the Paris Convention Center, behind the Hampton Inn. The event will be sponsored by partner FirstBank.

Burt's consulting firm specializes in helping people go from where they are to where they want to be. Chamber President Bryan Irby chose Burt due to the success he accrued with various networks across the state of Tennessee and the many lives he has touched.

"Micheal has worked with some of the top companies in the world as a speaker, coach, and consultant including Dell, Inc., State Farm Insurance, Cumulus Broadcasting, Bristol Regional Medical Center, National HealthCare, Middle Tennessee State University, Cavender Financial Group and many others and we are pleased to have him as our banquet speaker this year," said Bryan Irby, BPU.
