Coach Burt's Give Back

If you follow what I do, you know that "giving back" is something that is driven deep within me. Without question, if coaches, teachers, and mentors throughout my life did not spend time to develop me, I would not be sharing my story with you today.

I receive requests daily from both individuals and non-profit/charitable organizations asking for resources from myself and my company and we want to be able to help whenever and wherever we can. In order to expedite these request and add value to those people and organizations who make these request, I have created “Give Back.”

Give Back is very simple to understand. In cases where companies would like for me to speak, but do not have the resources to meet my standard booking fees, I will ask that company to GIVE BACK what they can afford to the charitable organization of their choice in the name of my company and their own.

This does three things:

• It allows me to speak to you and your organization.
• It allows me to give back to the community.
• It allows for charitable organizations to continue their mission through our partnership.

In the fall of 2008 I created the Small Towns and Big Dreams Tour to raise awareness and money for causes I believe in while simultaneously inspiring and motivating the people who participate in the process.

The tour includes a VIP reception, a first class dinner, and musical entertainment while partnering with people who produce significant success in their lifetime. The night is dedicated to inspiring people in small towns to achieve big things.
