Known as "The Maximum Motivator" Coach Micheal Burt speaks, coaches, trains, and leads some of the top performing companies in the Southeast around four core values: voice, leadership, execution, and culture.The author of four books, the most recent The Anatomy of Winning with Coach Rick Insell, Micheal serves as the Chief Leadership Officer for multiple companies as well as his own Maximum Success, a leadership consulting firm that teaches people how to play at a different level in life. Coach Burt's methodologies have helped FirstBank, the largest independent bank in TN grow retail sales by 43% in 2009 and Micheal's own company Maximum Success has grown 505% through consistent sales systems and world class delivery on service.
Micheal has worked with some of the top companies including Dell, Inc., State Farm Insurance, Cumulus Broadcasting, The Tennessee Health Care Association, Ole South Properties, National HealthCare, Middle Tennessee State University, The John Jones Real Estate Team, Pinnacle, The Tennessee Board of Regents, Cavender Financial Group and many others.
As a former championship basketball coach at Riverdale High School from 1999-2008 Micheal's teams produced seven consecutive 20+ win seasons, four conference titles, three sub-state appearances, two Miss Basketball finalist, and 100% of players that have furthered their education at the collegiate level. In 2007 Micheal's strategies were validated when he led his team to a 2007 Class AAA state championship and a 38-3 record for the first time in over 83 years in the city of Murfreesboro and the first time in the schools 36 year history.

Jubenville works closely with Coach Micheal Burt in idea generation, development and implementation of new products and services, book development/packaging , and branding and marketing as his Chief Consultant. Jubenville and Burt have collaborated on many projects including Urbook, 10,000 Feet and Climbing, and I-LEAD. Jubenville and Burt have been featured guests on News Channel Five Sportsline with Hope Hines, at the Cool Springs Chamber of Commerce, and on multiple radio stations.

Bruce Lund
Public Relations Specialist
Lund joined Coach Micheal Burt as a media specialist in December 2009 serving a variety of roles including: maintaining positive relationships with media and organizations connected to the industry. His functions include writing and releasing all press releases pertaining to Coach Micheal Burt. He was first introduced to Coach Burt while editing his fourth book, The Anatomy of Winning.
Lund is pursuing his Ph.D. at Middle Tennessee State University. He earned his bachelor’s degree at Hope College. Previous media experience includes work with the Nashville Sounds and Grand Rapids Press.
