All proceeds benefit United WayUnitedWay

While spending time in the mountains in the fall of 2008 Leadership expert and former championship coach Micheal Burt listened to his conscience. It was telling him that he needed to create an event that would draw awareness and money for causes he believed in while simultaneously inspiring and motivating the people who participated in the process. That particular night he rented the movie "The BucketList" with Morgan Freeman and Jack Nicholson where two men were diagnosed with chronic illnesses with only a short time to live. They both create their "must do" items in life and set about on a journey to truly begin living.

While watching the movie Burt created the concept for The Small Towns and Big Dreams Tour where he would go into cities and put on a major production that included a VIP reception, a first class dinner, and musical entertainment while partnering with people who had produced significant success in their lifetime. On Tuesday, February 2nd Burt and Title Sponsor FirstBank is bringing the tour to the Palace in Crossville, Tenn.

The night is predicated to inspire people in small towns to achieve big things. All proceeds of the event will go towards the United Way. Coach Burt has made charitable contributions throughout the state of Tennessee and will continue to do so while delivering his message.

Ticket information will be coming soon.

Discusses Strategies on "Winning in Real Estate"MTAR

Known as a systems expert, Coach Micheal Burt wowed the Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors last week as he spoke on seven components of how to WIN in the real estate game in this economy.

Known as someone who gets more out of less, Coach Burt gave realtors the nuts and bolts from his fourth book, "The Anatomy of Winning." The MTAR group was pleased with his performance and is in talks with Coach Burt to bring more of his programs, either in person or via webinars, to their organization.

"Coach Burt did a great job for our installation program," said Candy Joyce, Director of Programs. "His message was inspirational, and most effective. The take-away line he gave us was 'don't ask for it to be easier, ask yourself to be better.' We can take this thought back to our homes and our industry, and move forward in 2010."

The partnership was a natural fit between both Coach Burt and MTAR as the two look forward to future engagements and growing success in the industry.

"The real estate game is one of the more exciting of all the markets I work in," said Coach Burt. "In real estate, you have the upward mobility and unlimited potential to become as big a rock star as you want depending on your systems and service. I greatly appreciate the ability to speak to the MTAR group and how courteous they were to me. I look forward to a fruitful future with this organization."
